Anyone can browse. Posting a listing or messaging another student takes a verified account, because that is the point where money changes hands and people agree to meet.

A verified badge means we checked that the person is a student at the university they claim. It is not a promise that they are honest, and we will never tell you otherwise. Report anyone who is not.
